Our famous Fitness Boot Camp is the perfect way to follow through on your weight loss goals. Train like a pro-boxer would in preparation for a title fight at our San Francisco gym.

CARDIO AND STRENGTH TRAINING

- Vast amounts of cardio calisthenics
- Flat Roadwork
- Hill Running (Including the Hill of Champions!)
- Pilates and Yoga

- 3-minute rounds on our heavy bags
- Intense abdominal workouts

BOXING TRAINING
- Basic Punches
- Basic Footwork
- Advanced Defense Drills
- The Art of Counter-Punching
- Shadow Boxing
- Rounds on the heavy bags
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
You will need 16oz gloves, headgear, mouthpiece, hand wraps, a jump rope, and a groin guard (for men only). All items are available through the gym at package rate, discounted for bootcamper students.
